Setting Up the BuckROPE
1. Use Rubber Disposable Gloves when Possible (not required)
2. Find a Desired Location to hang your rope. We recommend travel lanes & pinch points.
3. Use the paracord to hang your BuckRope at your desired height. Cut to length as needed. We recommend hanging the leaf assembly of the Buckrope right above deer head level or human chest level. Deer like to work from under the leaves
4. Fan out the leaf assembly
5. Fan out the frayed end of the rope
6. Spray 2-3 Sprays MAX of the included Preorbital Gland (if ordered) on the frayed rope / leaf stem area CAUTION: DO NOT OVER SPRAY PURE GLAND SECRETION. THIS IS VERY POTENT. OVERSPRAYING WILL CAUSE A SPOOK REACTION
7. If using your own attractant spray. Apply accordingly. It will most likely require much more scent then the BuckStik Pure Preorbital Gland Secretion Scent.
8. Create a ground mock scrape directly below your BuckRope (A Rake works well)
9. Place your trail camera and monitor
10. We recommend refreshing your BuckRope with BuckStik Preorbital Gland (if ordered) every 4 weeks. If you are getting good activity you can go longer as the deer are spraying it for you. If you notice a slow down in activity, refresh the BuckRope
